Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jade Forest herbs. All orders are as soon as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

International deliveries are subject to additional charges and longer delivery times.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment if they have not been opened, consumed or otherwise tempered with.
