1. Place 2-4 grams of tea leaves in a pre-warmed tall glass, more if using a teapot.

2. Add a small amount of 85°C water and discard the water after five seconds to ‘wake’ the tea.

3. Add just enough water to cover the tea leaves and place a lid on top, allow the tea leaves to open fully.

4. Fill the glass/pot with hot water.

5. Enjoy hot without sugar.

Typically, Jade Forest® tea leaves can be brewed 3 times, the tones and flavour changing with each glass, simply refill with hot water when it's about 1/3 full.
